I offer clinical supervision for LPC Associates (LPC-A) in Texas who are working toward full licensure. My supervision style is supportive, collaborative, and developmentally informed, creating a safe space to explore clinical skills, ethical decision-making, and professional growth.

 

Supervision focuses on strengths and growth areas, using timely feedback, guided reflection, and evidence-based practice. I adapt my approach to each trainee’s developmental level, balancing structure and accountability with autonomy, to foster confidence, self-awareness, and clinical competence.
