Dr. Anderson is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Mental Health Counselor, with a conferred Doctorate in Counseling, Education, and Supervision from Walden University. She is also a Board Qualified Supervisor for Master Level Interns in Florida. Dr. Anderson is committed to helping men, women, and couples learn how to cope with anxiety or depression, learn healthier communication skills and boundaries, process and heal from traumatic events, and build healthier relationships within marriages or family units. Her work focuses on targeting ineffective behaviors, habits, and beliefs around decision-making, as well as reconnecting with personal interests impacted by depression, trauma, and anxiety symptoms. She believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals.
As a personal investment, Dr. Anderson continues to collaborate and build partnerships within her community and surrounding areas. As an extension of her practice, Dr. Anderson hosts annual workshop engagements.

Polly Haley is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, with a Masters in the Science of
Counseling from Southern Methodist University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of
Mississippi School of Law. Polly is currently supervised by Dr. Rozan Christian, LPC-S. Polly
provides confidential talk therapy to adult clients struggling with work stress, life transitions, and
grief. Her clients range from professionals enduring high-stress environments to caregivers,
parents, and emerging adults. Her background as a former litigation attorney and training as a
therapist provide a unique blend of expertise to help me support those with stressful careers.
Polly also combines this experience with an evidence-based approach to combine deep
psychological insights with practical strategies to help clients struggling with symptoms of
anxiety, depression, addiction, grief, relationship issues, work stress, ADHD, and trauma.
